We take care to accurately describe our beachwear collections (swimsuits, bikinis, beach dresses). However, slight variations in colour or fit may occur due to screen settings. If you have specific questions about a product, please contact us before purchasing.

2.2 Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

2.3 Age-Appropriate Products

Neena Swim designs are intended for adult women. Our sizing reflects this demographic.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, though this won’t affect confirmed orders.

Payment is processed at checkout. Your card will be charged when we ship your order.

3.4 Order Confirmation

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information via email once shipped.

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of delivery for regular-priced items that are:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Sale/final sale items
• Worn, altered, or damaged swimwear
• Items marked “Neena” or “Neena Swim” in our collections

5.3 Return Process

2. Wait for our approval and return instructions (within 48 hours)
3. Ship items to our Cardiff address using a trackable method
4. Allow 3 business days for processing after we receive your return

5.4 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Liability & Disputes
