At Neena Swim, we want you to start enjoying your beach-ready looks as soon as possible. Here’s what you need to know about shipping:

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over £50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). Please note that customs fees and import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel as confident in your purchase as you do in our designer swimwear. If your items aren’t perfect, our hassle-free returns process makes exchanges or returns easy.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges on all regular-priced swimwear within 15 days of delivery, including:

  • Bikini tops
  • Bikini bottoms
  • One-piece swimsuits
  • Beach dresses

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or final sale products
  • Any swimwear that has been worn, altered, or damaged
  • Items marked “Neena” or “Neena Swim” in our collections

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Initiate your return: Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and items you wish to return/exchange (see template below)
  2. Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 48 hours with return instructions and your RMA number
  3. Package your items: Securely pack the unworn merchandise with original tags in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our Cardiff address (provided in your return approval email) using a trackable shipping method
  5. Receive your refund/exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request within 3 business days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return.

International Returns

For our global customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
