At Neena Swim, we want you to feel as confident in your purchase as you do in our designer swimwear. If your beach-ready look isn’t quite perfect, our hassle-free returns process makes it easy to exchange or return items within 15 days of delivery.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges on all regular-priced swimwear, including bikini tops, bikini bottoms, one-piece swimsuits, and beach dresses. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale products, or any swimwear that has been worn, altered, or damaged. This includes all items marked “Neena” or “Neena Swim” in our collections.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return your items:

  1. Initiate your return: Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange (see template below).
  2. Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 48 hours with return instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Package your items: Securely pack the unworn merchandise with original tags in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our Cardiff address (provided in your return approval email) using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Receive your refund/exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request within 3 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
