How should I care for my Neena Swim pieces?

Ordering & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to beach lovers everywhere! However, we’re currently unable to deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, just email our customer care team at [email protected] before ordering.
What are my delivery options?
We offer two delivery services:
- Express Summer Ready: £12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 day delivery)
- Island Time: FREE on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 day delivery)
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information directly. You can also contact our customer care team at [email protected] if you need help tracking your package.
I need my swimwear for an upcoming holiday – can you help?
Absolutely! For last-minute holiday needs:
- Order by Wednesday noon for same-week dispatch
- Select express shipping at checkout
- Mention your travel dates in the order notes – we’ll do our best to prioritise!
Returns & Exchanges
What if my swimwear doesn’t fit or I change my mind?
We offer a 15-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Please note return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How do I return an item?
Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and return request. We’ll provide return instructions and the address to send your items to in Cardiff, UK.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and process your return, refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
